Effects of client-centeredness in the service delivery process on life quality of people with disabilities - Mediating Effects of empowerment, social participation -

Abstract
This study aims to explore the conceptualization the client-centeredness in the service delivery process and relationship quality of life, client-centeredness in the service delivery process, empowerment, social participation through analyzing relations between those factors that affect directly and indirectly. this study is suggested practical, political implications for basic materials for persons with disabilities in th field of rehabilitation. the study conducted a survey of the disabled staying at home who had utilized the client-centered service delivery process and analyzed 513 copies of the survey Using SPSS 19.0, AMOS 20. The main findings are summarized as follows: in terms of direct effects, client-centeredness in the registration and initial counselling stage, the assessment stage, and the service connection and monitoring stage, had a direct influence on life quality of people with disabilities, however client-centeredness in the service decision and planning stage, and the closing and follow-up management stage did not have a direct influence on life quality of people with disabilities. As for indirect effects of mediator variables, empowerment, social participation mediated the effects of client-centeredness in the registration and initial counselling stage, and the assessment stage, the service connection and monitoring, the closing and follow-up management stage. Finally, practical political implications and suggestions from this study was discussed.
